Wima Deal Hub connects customers with verified building material suppliers through a WhatsApp-first process, and Wima Signature provides related professional installation and finishing services.

2. What This Website Does — and Does Not Do
This website is an information and quotation-request platform. It does not process payments, does not operate a shopping cart or checkout, and does not automatically confirm orders or pricing.
Every quotation request, order, and payment arrangement is confirmed directly with you by a real member of the Wima team, over WhatsApp or another direct channel. Nothing you submit through this website constitutes a binding order, and no price shown or discussed before that direct confirmation is guaranteed.
We will never ask you to send Mobile Money or any other form of payment through WhatsApp or this website. All payment arrangements are confirmed directly and transparently with your assigned procurement specialist.
3. Community Pricing
Wima Deal Hub organises group procurement campaigns in which pricing tiers (Silver, Gold and Platinum Benefits) are normally unlocked once our community reaches purchase targets agreed with our supplier partners. During launch periods or promotional campaigns, we may offer some or all customers a higher tier than they would otherwise have earned, at our discretion. Any such offer is time-limited and may change or end without prior notice.
Community Pricing tiers describe levels of collective benefit, not fixed discounts, guaranteed prices, or customer categories. Final pricing for any order is confirmed individually before you commit to a purchase.
4. Suppliers and Product Information
Wima Deal Hub sources materials through verified supplier partners, including authorized distributors of established brands. Product descriptions, specifications, and availability are provided in good faith but may change without notice and should be confirmed with your procurement specialist before you rely on them for planning or budgeting purposes.
Where a supplier is described as an authorized distributor of a brand, this describes one of potentially several authorized distribution channels for that brand, not an exclusive or sole arrangement, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Your Responsibilities
When you contact us or submit a form on this website, you agree to:
